3/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. water
powdered sugar

Melt margarine and put into 10x15 pan which is covered with aluminum foil. Add nuts and coconut to the melted margarine. Pour condensed milk over top. Set aside.

Beat 3 eggs, then gradually add sugar and beat 2 minutes. Add cocoa, flour, salt, soda, vanilla and water. Beat at low speed for 1 minute. Pour over first layer and bake 20 minutes at 375. When done sprinkle with powdered sugar and flip out on towel. Remove foil and roll up lengthwise. Cool and slice to serve.
