Candy Bar Pie Recipe

Crust:
1 1/3 C flaked coconut
2 T. butter

Filling:
1 t. instant coffee
2 T water
1 - 7 1/2 oz. milk chocolate candy bar with almonds
4 C Cool Whip

Directions:

Crust:
Mix coconut and butter. Press into 8" pie plate. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes or until coconut is golden. Cool.

Filling:
In small saucepan dissolve coffee in water; add chocolate bar. Stir until melted, careful not to burn. Cool. Fold in Cool Whip and put over coconut crust. Freeze several hours or over night. Will not freeze solid.
