2 x eggs
1/2 tsp. sugar
1c. sifted flour
3/4c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine both egg yolks, sugar, and flour in a mixing bowl, slowly adding milk to the mixture whilst combining.
Beat egg whites until stiff in a separate glass bowl. Pour beaten egg whites into the batter, combine.
Pour batter onto pre-heated non-stick pan.
Cook until bubbles appear across the surface of your pancake, then turn.
Serve with maple syrup, or squeezed lemon sprinkled with sugar (then send the kids to Grandma's house!) :)
