2 cups flour
3 egg yolks
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/4 to 1/2 cup water, divided
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flour into mixing bowl. Add egg yolks, egg, and salt. Add water 2 tbsps at a time until dough is stiff and easy to roll. Divide dough into 3 parts and roll each out on a floured surface to desired thickness. Next, take one edge and roll the doll into a log and cut the noodles to the width you want. Once cut, lay or hang noodles to dry. May freeze for future use.
