7 oz spaghetti
cup butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup flour
tsp paprika
1/8 tsp nutmeg (opt)
2 cups broth
cup half and half OR cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken or turkey (leftovers)
cup Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti noodles and put in a GREASED 12x8 pan. Melt the butter, and saute the mushrooms, onion, lemon juice until the onions are soft. Add 1/3 cup of flour, salt, tsp paprika, nutmeg,and broth.
Cook until thickend. Stir in broth. Cook until thickened. Add cup of half and half, 2 cups turkey or chicken, 1 cups parmesan cheese, paprika. Mix with sauce and pour over noodles.
Bake at 340 for 45 min.
