1 T. salad oil
1 12-16oz. steak, ie: Ribeye, sliced medium
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. cooking Sherry
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 T. ketchup
1/4 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
hot buttered egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet, brown meat. Add mushrooms to brown slightly. Add undiluted soup, Sherry, Worcestershire and ketchup and cook 15 minutes until all flavors blend. Fold in sour cream and serve with hot buttered egg noodles.
