1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 - 1 c. milk
1 c. cooked ham
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 onion, diced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, other seasonings to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Blend soup, milk, onions, and seasonings. Add ham and cheese; mix well. In casserole dish, alternate layers of potatoes and sauce. Dot with butter and sprinkle with pepper. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.
