Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups flour 3/4 cup butter 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp powdered sugar 8 oz cream cheese 1- 3oz pkg lemon pie filling 1/2 pt whipping cream 1 env whipped toping
CRUST: 1 3/4 cup flour 3/4 cup butter 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions: |
Directions:Combine crust ingredients and mix like pie crust. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake to a golden brown, about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
TOPPING: Prepare envelope of whipped topping according to package directions. Cream the cheese and powdered sugar together. Mix the cream cheese mixture with whipped topping and spread on cooled crust. Then prepare package of lemon pie filling according to package directions. Cool and spread over cream cheese layer. Spread overall 1/2 pint whipped cream and garnish with nuts. |
