1 medium firm-ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and cubed
2/3 c. buttermilk
c. sour cream
3 T. grated sweet onion
2 T. fresh lime juice
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced fresh dill
tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth. Serve over lettuce with any additional toppings.
