4 yellow squash, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. corn bread stuffing (small bag)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
Grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a 9" x 13" baking dish, setting aside a little bit of corn bread stuffing and grated Cheddar cheese- sprinkle these on top of mixture in baking dish. Bake at 350 for one hour, uncovered.
