1 Packet Scotch Finger Biscuits 1 Cup Coconut 2 Tablespoons cocoa 1 Can Condensed Milk 2 Tablespoons Rum Extra coconut
1. Crush/blend biscuits finely into a bowl. Add cocoa and coconut and stir together. 2. Add condensed milk & rum & stir well til mixed. 3. Roll into balls (whatever size you want) then roll in extra coconut. 4.Chill until firm- keep stored in fridge. * Can be frozen.
