2 c. sugar
1 c. Oil
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. carrots, grated
2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon

1/2 c. butter
1 t. vanilla
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar

Mix above ingredients and pour into 9X13. Bake 350 for 45-55 minutes. Put icing on when cooled.
