2 14 oz cans black beans rinsed and drained divided
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
3tbs vegetable oil
4 soft hamburger buns (double everything for more)
buy whatever you want to add like sour cream; salsa, lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
pulse 1 can beans in food processor with mayo, bread crumbs, cumin, oregano, and cayenne until a coarse puree forms. Transfer to a bowl and stir in cilantro and remaining can beans. Form into patties. Heat oil in a skillet over med/high heat. Cook burgers until outsides are crisp and light brown, turning once, about 5 minutes total. Serve.
