3/4 C sugar
2 T flour
1 C cream soured ( lemon juice or vinegar)
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1/8 t salt
2 C apples
1 unbaked pie crust

Topping
1/3 C sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/3 c flour
1/4 C butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour. Mix soured cream egg, vanilla and salt;then mix sugar, flour mixture with soured cream, mixture.
add apples and pour into crust. Bake 15 min at 450
Toping cut butter into sugar, cinnamon, flour. Then sprinkle on top pie, put back in over for 15 min. more at 450,then reduce heat to 325 and bake 20 min more or till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
