5 lbs. red potatoes (not peeled), cut up and boiled until tender
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 packet of dry ranch dressing
green onions to taste

Mix it all together, top with some reserved cheese and bacon and bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.
