4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. breadcrumbs
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced (baby portabellas are yummy too)

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken breaks in butter, then flour, then breadcrumbs. Pan fry over medium heat in a little extra butter. Mix 2 cans of soup and 1 can of water and pour over chicken in a casserole dish. Saute fresh mushrooms and add to the top of chicken. Bake at 400 until bubbly for 45 minutes to 1 hour
