1/2 c. olive oil
1 & 1/2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 & 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients for salad dressing in a jar and shake well. Pour over mixed greens of spinach and Romaine leaves. Add Parmesan cheese and crumbled blue cheese. Toss well and serve.
