Sliced zucchini
Sliced tomatoes
(Equal amounts of both)
Sliced onions (yellow or purple)
Cheddar cheese
Bacon
Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in large pyrex casserole or cake pan.
Sprinkle with oregano on each layer. Top with cheddar cheese, grated or sliced, and place bacon strips over cheese. Bacon should be partially cooked. Bake for one and a half to two hours @ 350. Casserole is done when bacon is done. Tastes even better the second day.
