Fresh Jalapeņo Peppers Cream Cheese Cojack, Cheddar or other cheeses to taste Cooked Bacon
Halve the jalapeņos and discard the seeds. Combine the softened cream cheese and the other cheeses. Fill jalapeņos with the mixture. Place a cooked bacon strip on the top of each one. Broil on high until slightly golden brown.
