8 to 12 ozs. spaghetti
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 1/4 cup canned tomatoes
1 1/2 pint chicken broth
1/2 cup canned mushrooms
4 cups chicken, boned
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti just barely done in boiling water. Meanwhile, simmer celery, green pepper, onion, tomatoes and chicken broth together for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, chicken and salt. Continue cooking for a few minutes if necessary or until sufficiently reduced to combine with cooked, drained spaghetti. Place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Bake in a slow oven (250) for 30 minutes.
