8 Ounce Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows
11 3/4 Ounce Jar of Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping
2 Tablespoons Chopped Nuts
3 Each: Red and Green Apples Cut into wedges
You can also serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers)

Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in the marshmallows. Spoon 1/2 into a 3 cup bowl, top with half of the hot fudge-repeat layers and top with chopped nuts.
