16-20 Cherry Tomatoes 1 Pound Crumbled Cooked Bacon 1/2 Cup Mayo or Salad Dressing 1/3 Cup Chopped Green Onions 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese 2 Tablespoons Fresh Snipped Parsley
Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato top and scoop out pulp. Invert tomatoes on paper toweling to drain. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well, spoon into tomatoes. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
