1 to 2 lbs ground beef
1 can (1 lb) tomatoes
1 (12 oz) can tomato paste
2 c. water
1 tbsp parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
8 ozs lasagna noodles
cottage cheese
8 ozs Mozzarella cheese shredded
1 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large deep frying pan, brown beef and drain. Add tomatoes (put through blender or cut with edge of spoon), paste, water, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and oregano. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. Cook lasagna as directed;drain. In 13x9x2" baking pan, spread about 1 cup sauce. Then alternate layers of lasagna, sauce, cottage cheese (dab small tsp. of cottage cheese spottedly across lasagna), Mozzarella and Parmesan. Top layer if just lasagna, sauce, Mozzarella, and Parmesan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
