Ice Cream Jelly Beans Strands of Licorice Muffin Cups
Place paper muffin cups in a muffin pan. Fill muffin cups with ice cream. Top ice cream with jelly beans. Add a strand of licorice for the Easter basket handle. Place the muffin pan in the freezer until ready to serve.
