1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup butter (softened)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
whipped cream or ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 7 ingredients, beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Stir in pecans. Spread evenly in buttered 9 in pie pan. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. (Pie will puff, then fall slightly). Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
