5 medium potatoes
2 cups grated cheese
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup butter or margarine

salt & pepper to taste

Boil potatoes & chill with jackets on in refrigerator. Peel and grate on a cheese grater. Mix all other ingredients

Put in greased Pyrex baking dish and bake at 350% until hot.
