1 bag bread cubes
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sage
1 1/2 small cans chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, celery, and butter in 1 cup water. Sprinkle salt, poultry seasoning and sage over bread cubes. Pour the celery, onoin, butter, and water over bread cubes. Add eggs and broth. Pour into greased bowl. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
