1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners’ sugar
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Stove Top Directions: Slowly melt butter in a heavy-duty non-stick saucepan, add peanut butter and vanilla and stir until well mixed. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, mixing thoroughly. Spread in 9 x 13” pan. Melt chocolate chips in a heavy pan, and spread over top. Refrigerate until hard. Bring to room temperature to cut.
Microwave Directions: Melt butter, peanut butter and vanilla in microwave on 50 percent power, stirring periodically. Melt chocolate in microwave on 50 percent power for 2 minutes, stirring once. Follow the rest of the directions for “Stove Top.”
