miracle whip
avocado
queso fresco (mexican white cheese)
skirt steak (or any thinly cut steak)

Marinade:
cilantro
lime
garlic
(onions optional)

Directions:

Marinade steak for 30-60 minutes. Put all desired toppings onto roll for the sandwich.

I couldn't believe how yummy these were! If you don't have the queso fresco, it would still be good with another cheese, but I would highly recommend buying it. :) You can generally get it at any grocery store.
