Rolo Cookies Recipe

2 sticks butter or margarine(1 Cup)
1C sugar
1C brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 C flour
3/4 C cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 C chopped pecans (optional)
48 rolo candies
powdered sugar for top

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first three ingredients until well blended,then add eggs and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to above.
Take 1 tsp of dough in your hand and cover a rolo
with it forming it into a ball.
Roll in powdered sugar and nuts if desired and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 7 -10 min at 375

I prefer not to use the nuts and I put oil on my hands when I roll the dough so it won't stick so much to my hands.
