Microwave chocolate and milk in large bowl on High 2-3 min. - until chocolate is almost melted, stirring 1/2 way through heating time. Remove from microwave. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread into 8 in. sq. pan and refrigerate.
