24 ice cream sandwiches
1 (12.25-oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
1 1/4 c. of chopped pecans, toasted & divided
1 (12-oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3/4 c. hot fudge ice cream topping, heated

Directions:
Directions:
Fit 12 ice cream sandwiches in a 9" x 13" pan. Spread evenly with caramel topping, and sprinkle with 1 c. pecans. Top with 1/2 the whipped topping and the other 12 ice cream sandwiches. Top with the rest of the whipped topping and sprinkle with rest of pecans. Cover and freeze at least 2 hr. Let stand 5 min. before serving. Drizzle with fudge topping and cut into small squares.
