1 small onion diced 1 rash bacon diced 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp of butter 4 cups of stock 1 tbsp chopped celery 1 small carrot diced 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup macaroni 1/2 cup shredded cabbage Grated cheese Parsley
Saute onion, bacon and garlic in butter. Add stock and all vegetables except cabbage and simmer until tender. Season. Add macaroni and cabbage. Simmer for 20mins. Serve topped with grated cheese and parsley.
