5 medium carrots
3 green onions
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp.salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut carrots into thin, diagonally slices & green onions into 2" sections
2. Heat oil until hot & sizzling, & then saute cut carrots for approximately 1 min., stir continuously with a turner. Add salt, stir well for another 1 min., add green onions cook another 1 min. Final add sugar, & stir. & remove from pan.
