2 1/4 cups flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. beer

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients. Add the beer, mixing just until evenly moist. Put in an 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until it pulls away from the pan.
