Ingredients:  
4 tbsp butter or margarine
1 tsp salt to taste
4 tbsp flour
chopped dill
2 cups water
2 tbsp cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, blend in flour, add chopped dill (or dried dill weed). Gradually add water stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Add salt. Add vinegar just before serving.
