cup uncooked rice
2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 tsp salt
tsp minced onion
green peppers cut across stem end and cored
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, rice, salt and onion. Stuff peppers with mixture. Place in casserole dish. Mix 1 can tomato soup with 1 can water. Pour over stuffed peppers. Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hrs.
