4 eggs
11/4 cup oil
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In blender beat 4 eggs; add oil and buttermilk. Mix in 1 cup flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Now add 1 cup more flour. Blend. Pour on hot griddle and serve warm with butter and syrup or peanut butter.
