Mandarin Orange Cake Recipe

1 pkg. yellow cake
1 cup oil
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
Topping:
1 large can crushed pineapple.
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 large carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Pour batter into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool.
Topping:
Chill the can of crushed pineapple. When cake is cooled, stir vanilla mix into the crushed pineapple. Fold one large whipped topping into pineapple mixture and spread on cake. Chill in refrigerator and serve cold.
