1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. orange extract
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups Craisins
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place softened butter in mixing bowl. Add the sugars, salt, vanilla and orange extract; stir well. Add egg and stir until well blended. Add baking soda and flour, mixing until blended. Stir in the chips, Craisins and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet. Flatten slightly, using gentle pressure from your fingers.
Bake in 375 oven for 12-14 minutes, until the bottoms and edges are lightly browned; the tops shouldn't brown. Remove the cookies from the oven and let rest on the sheet for 5 minutes, then slide them onto a rack to cool completely.
