1 large can Red Salmon (deboned)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
1 small onion chopped
1 T. horseradish
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salmon, lemon juice, cream cheese, onion, horseradish, salt, pepper, - very well. Mix in sour cream and Mayo. Stir well and chill.
