1 medium zucchini
1 medium yellow squash
1 package (9 oz) refrigerated chicken-filled tortellini
1 3/4 cups marinara sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut the zucchini and yellow squash into 1/4 inch slices.
Combine the tortellini, 1/2 cup boiling water, the zucchini, yellow squash, marinara sauce and Italian seasoning in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 min. Remove the foil and stir. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through, about 10 min longer. Let stand 5 min before serving.
