1 cup scalded milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, (cool then add)- 1 egg, 1 package of yeast, 1/4 cup of lukewarm water, 4 cups of bread flower, confectioner sugar.

Mix scalded milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt. Let cool, then add 1 egg, lightly beaten, dissolve 1 package of yeast , 1/4 cup of lukewarm water, then slowly add 4 cups of bread flower. Let rise for 2 hours in a warm area, then beat down again and bake 425 for 10 minutes. Make your frosting with confectioners sugar, butter and milk. Then add colored sprinkles.
