4 (15 oz.) cans whole green beans 1 stick butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 6 strips thin-sliced bacon
Drain beans and arrange in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Arrange strips of bacon over the beans. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the butter and sugar and stir until the butter is melted. Spoon the sugar mixture over the bacon-topped beans, Bake, uncovered, at 350º until the bacon is done, about 45 minutes.
