1 (2 !/2 to 3 lb.) beef roast, cut to fit slow cooker
1/2 cup water
1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 (.87 oz.) brown gravy mix
1 (0.7 oz.) pkg. Italian dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in the slow cooker. Pour on the water. Combine mixes well and sprinkle over roast. Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
