Ingredients:
6 cup flour
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Put in mixer until smooth consistency. Cut dough in 3 parts for 3 strudels. Put flour on board or countertop. Put dough in Tupperware container to stay soft. Put oil on each strudel to coat. Keep it covered until ready to use, usually 2 hours. Take one section and roll in flour. Let rise about 5 minutes, usually until you get cloth ready for dough to be stretched. Dust with flour before stretching. After it is stretched and filling put on, tear ends off. Roll with tablecloth- put in 9x13 pan or cookie sheet (greased). Bake at 350 about 30 to 45 min. Handle with care when putting in pan. Be sure to roll the long way. Apples may take 60 min. Also depends on size of strudel.
