1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Macaroon Filling:
1 (14 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
M.B. Frosting:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Gradually add flour mixture to the creamed mixture. Stir in pecans. Spread half of the mixture into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Set aside.
To make macaroon filling, combine coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla. Carefully spoon coconut mixture over chocolate mixture in the baking pan. Top with remaining chocolate mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
M.B. Frosting:
Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Cook until mixture reaches spreading consistency, about 25 to 30 minutes. Spread over cooled brownies. Cut into bars.
