2 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed and blotted dry
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Olive oil cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray. Mix together all ingredients, except sweet potatoes. Square off potatoes and slice into steak fries. Lay strips of potato on baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with seasoning mixture. Spray with olive oil spray. Bake 20 minutes. Spray again. Return to oven for about 25 minutes or until fries are golden and puffed.

You can substitute turnips for the sweet potato, but you will need to peel the turnips.
