1 lb. shell pasta
1 cup diced English cucumber
1 lb. cooked shrimp
2 tsp. lemon zest
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
2 tbsp. snipped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with cucumber, shrimp, lemon zest, salt, pepper, cayenne and mayonnaise or miracle whip. Garnish with chives.
