1 1/2c flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1tbsp granulated sugar
1 1/4c milk
1 egg
3tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients, build a well in the center. Pour in milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix these ingredients until smooth. Use hot griddle or pan to make pancakes.
